Conservation

(Photo Thomas Ghestemme) Plusieurs espèces sont en danger d’extinction en Polynésie française. La SOP agit pour éviter leur extinction ou améliorer leur statut. Les espèces les plus concernées sont les Monarques de Tahiti et de Fatu Hiva. En savoir plus

Restauration

(Photo Laurent Yan). La SOP réhabilite ou restaure des milieux voire des ilots entiers pour la sauvegarde des espèces menacées.

Biosécurité

(Photos Jean-Paul Mutz et Caroline Blanvillain). Certaines îles sont indemnes de rats noirs comme Ua Huka ou Rimatara, refuge respectif du Lori ultramarin et du Lori de Kuhl. La SOP œuvre à maintenir ces iles exemptes de rats noirs. En savoir plus
